The sales staff greeted guests at the evening reception - the hotel sit on the edge of the Country Club Plaza with great restaurants, shops and music nearby
Vegetarian restaurant Eden Alley on Jefferson was highly recommended - Kansas city was a hidden gem - The only computer for printing in the lobby is not private - small garage
Wireless internet was bit spotty - the only one elevator was a bit slow - the hotel was a great value - easy walk to all restaurants and shopping - the furniture in the room was dated but clean
Nicely sized rooms - the bed was set against the wall - the property beat the upscale brands located nearby - adequate breakfast buffet - one window in bedroom and the living room
The Jacuzzi/spa with unacceptable high temperature - the bathroom was in the bedroom area
A few good friendly bars here - felt at home - it was more like five star apartment
A fairly decent value for one night - only wired internet access in the rooms - parking area was outside of the back door (more…)

Towel exchange was available at the front desk - booking the reservation was extremely easy by using 800# - the room with dirty coffee pot - the Ruby Tuesday's nearby
$10 shuttle to any restaurant per person - business area without computer - right off the interstate highway - $3 per service for refresh service - close to a large shopping area
The kitchen with an upright refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave - light sleepers did not worry about the noise coming from the airport - no ice available - moderately adequate and comfortable Yucky bar soap - no shampoo - the front desk was always kind - convenient kitchen in the room
The rooms were in good shape - the air conditioner was leaking - fast and friendly maintenance staff - a decent hotel - the rooms could be painted - the window unit sounded like an automatic machine - stained floor - small pool - no ice machine available - 1.5 miles to Barry Road at south

The property was clean and well lit - room was clean and well outfitted - studio suite was clean and bright - great place to stay - staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful - amenities were very useful and appreciated - rooms were recently updated with Pergo type floors in the bathroom
Close to one of the loveliest fountains in the City of Fountains - perfectly adequate room with full kitchen - chair was super comfortable - plenty of plugs - good climate control systems - adequate lighting (more…)

Amazing staff - the room was remodeled and very clean and quiet - the breakfast in the morning was wonderful - no problems with parking in the underground parking garage
This Inn was within walking distance of the Plaza and all their shops - convenient shuttle took you to anywhere within 3-mile radius - the outdoor pool was clean and perfect - the beds in the room were comfortable - close to all the beautiful museums
Well located - there was really enjoyable evening places to visit - friendly and efficient shuttle driver - the business center was available all day long - good value for the money
Parking was a little tight in the hotel - wireless Internet was free of charge - room was nice and the beds were fine - the view of the Plaza Christmas lights from my room was fantastic - great food and service (more…)
