Branson Trains

The ride through the Branson Scenic Railway gives an immense travel pleasure through the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. This can be experienced through the Branson Trains. You can also experience to travel through these trains during your Branson mo travel.

The one hour 45 minute trip takes the passengers through tunnels, over trestles, and through the southwest Missouri or northwest Arkansas woods which are home to the wildlife and the ruins of bygone communities.

The train service begin in 1905 depot in downtown Branson, just one block west of Lake Taneycomo, is the headquarters for the Branson Scenic Railway.

The depot houses the administrative offices, the reservation and ticket office, and a gift shop which carries many train items including a wide variety of Thomas the Tank Engine merchandise.

Three to four times daily, Branson Scenic Railway discovers the territory by automobile and offers views that are unattainable by any other means of transportation. The ride is open from May to December on Saturdays at 5:00 PM, a dinner train is offered.

Most tours take you all the way to Branson, MO by motor coach or air. America by Rail takes you there the comfortable, fun way, by Branson train. The Branson train ride includes full-course meals in the dining car and another enjoyable aspect of traveling on long-distance trains. All the while, some of Branson’s most spectacular scenery is passing by the wide train windows.
