Celebration City

Travel to Branson and explore the Celebration City is a “night-time theme park” crafted in Branson, Missouri. The theme for the Celebration City was constructed on the 20th century view of America.

The Celebration City theme park in Branson has been deployed and crafted on U.S.A.’s areas based on the Route 66, which is in the Small-town of America in the late 1900s, and a beachside boardwalk which give a splash of the 1920s. Some of the Branson travel packages may also include a visit to the Celebration city.

It is sequel to the “sister park” of the Silver Dollar City theme park, which is located nearby. Celebration City is especially built to continue the trailing celebration from where the Silver Dollar City theme left off.

Timings of Celebration City are generally in the afternoon till the evening, with the day playing off with the laser and fireworks display. The park entails many rides, shows, and attractions.

The season in which the theme park, Celebration City’s remains flamboyant is from May until mid-September.

However the theme park has to face the closure on October 24, 2008, when the Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation expressed that due to the financial crunch the park would remain in motion until 2008 season but would not turn up for the 2009 season.

The doors for the Celebration city theme park terminated, on October 25, 2008 after the family’s announcement.

Herschend family however, expressed that the group is exploring various new building concepts for the Celebration park site in Branson which will entail an aquarium, family attractions for restructuring the current park and making it a destination for retail and dining.
