The Table Rock Lake is a man-crafted reservoir amidst The Ozarks of southwestern Missouri and northwestern Arkansas. It is amongst the many centerpieces of attractions in the Branson’s, Missouri.

However the reservoir was built for the flood control on White River. The dam was authorized a month earlier under the Flood Control Act of September 3, 1943.
