Hotel staff was particularly helpful and accommodating - convenient location close to downtown Kansas City - just two miles from the airport - free airport shuttle was offered for more convenience
The free continental breakfast was fairly good with various selections - business travelers appreciated the on-site business center - copy and fax services were offered
Free Wi-Fi Internet was a nice addition - signals were pretty good - relaxed at the fitness room - the indoor heated pool area was nice - tried the hot tub
